This lifestyle block already included several visitor facility buildings, and some house plans had been drawn up by the previous owner.

The original idea of the building being set into the slope was retained, but the design was severely modified to suit the new owner.

Natural stone walls  and plastered walls with expansive glazing, a copper roof & spouting contribute to the visual effect of the design.

A new sweeping driveway approaches the building from the east past a newly designed separate garage cut into the bank, with a green roof reinstating the original contours of the land.

The carport was redesigned with a new ‘outdoor hallway’ alongside it, leading to a newly designed generous patio area and new swimming pool.

The generous living dining and kitchen area was reconfigured with a changed roof structure.
